Location of the resorts
The resorts are located on the Costa Calida (the warm coast) in the Murcia region of Spain and they are all a short drive from beaches along the coast. A free shuttle bus connects all the resorts to each other and to the Polaris World Beach Club, which means that you don't need your own transport during your stay. The Murcia region has a beautiful coastline and dramatic mountains and the largest sea lagoon in Europe. There are lots of local Spanish towns and Cartagena and Murcia City have great shopping and historic architecture. The Murcia region is renowned for its climate with 315 days of sunshine a year, making it a perfect year round destination.
Design of the Resorts and Properties
The resorts are built with lots of green space and are planted with hundreds of different types of mature trees and plants. The views from the frontline properties are lovely, often with panoramic views of the golf course and beyond to beautiful mountain scenery. Many properties have large terraces and balconies and some have top floor solariums which have been designed for outdoor living. Broadband internet and British television is also available in every property.
There is a wide selection of properties to choose from: from 1 bedroom apartments up to 5 bedroom villas. Prices range from 89,000 Euros to 1.5 million Euros. There are both off-plan properties available and properties that are ready to move into now.
