If you are interested in a property at Polaris World, we have a number of tailor-made inspection trips so you can view the resorts and the surrounding area of Murcia. Our trips are run 7 days a week and they are one-to-one, to allow you to get the most out of your visit.

What happens on an Inspection Trip?

The itinerary of our inspection trips is flexible and as they are one-to-one, we can show you the things which you are most interested in and the properties that suit your budget and needs.

During your stay we will show you:
- The location of the resorts of interest;
- The existing Polaris World Resorts, including the show homes;
- Things of interest in the local area, like beaches, historic towns and villages or simply some local restaurants;
- Other property and developments so you can see a comparison;
- If desired a free consultation with a Spanish lawyer and/or mortgage provider.


We leave it up to you to decide how much time you want to spend with us: we can either accompany you for much of the trip, or you may want some time to explore the area on your own.

- Free airport transfers and transport throughout your visit;

- Free financial and legal advice, including: setting up a Spanish bank account and Spanish mortgage advice;

Getting to the Costa Calida
