Building Guarantees

Before handover, every property is inspected by Polaris staff and the local authority as well as the purchaser or their representative. Before any property is handed over it will have been signed off by the local authority and a ‘Habitation Certificate’ will have been issued. All the properties at Polaris World have an insurance policy to guarantee them for 10 years against any structural defect.

Bank Guarantees

The deposit moneies paid by a purchaser against a property may be ‘bank guaranteed’. The bank guarantees are provided by leading Spanish banks.
