The Costa Calida is only a couple of hours away from the UK by plane and there are daily flights from nearly all the UK airports into the local airport of Murcia San Javier. Many of the low cost airlines fly into Murcia, including Easy Jet, Ryanair, Jet2, bmibaby and Flyglobespan. Travelling time to the Polaris resorts
Murcia airport is between 10 – 35 minutes drive from the different resorts. There is also a new international airport being built in the region which is due to be finished in 2009. This airport will be no more than 20 minutes from the Polaris resorts, making weekends away in Spain even more relaxing and effortless. There are plenty of taxis at the airport or you can book a hire car either from Polaris rent a car or one of the other hire car firms at the airport. Polaris rent a car can also provide a courtesy transport service from the airport to your property, where your hire car will be waiting for you.

Flying to other airports
Murcia San Javier is the best airport to fly into, but you can also fly to Alicante, which is only an hour from most of the resorts.
