The social area of El Valle Resort is soon to open, with the finishing touches to the area currently taking place. The area is designed to be completely in keeping with the rest of the resort, with a typical Spanish white washed finish and wooden features. The facilities are located at the heart of the resort, opposite the first tee of the 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course. The area will include a Polaris World supermarket (with home delivery), a chill out bar and a barbecue / grill restaurant, called Adosado, serving a wide selection of dishes. And of course there will be a traditional Irish Pub, similar to the ones already at Mar Menor and La Torre Golf resorts.  El Valle resort is the most exclusive of all the Polaris World resorts and it has a selection of villas and apartments. The resort is nestled by the El Valle and Carrascoy nature reserve in the Murcia region of Spain.

El Valle Golf Resort is the third of the Polaris World Resorts to open and now there is a show villa on the resort. The villa is a Villa Algaba, a 3 bedroom luxury villa with its own private pool. El Valle Golf Resort has both apartments and villas and it is nestled below the El Valle nature reserve, between Murcia and the Mar Menor Sea. El Valle is smaller and more exclusive than the other Polaris Resorts and there are only a handful of villas and apartments still available.
