A number of summer offers have just been announced for the selection of Polaris World Golf courses. Between the 1st July and 15th September 2008, between 12pm and 16.50pm, 2 players can play for the price of one. In addition if you want to play from 5pm to 7pm, the cost is just 30 Euros a round. For those that are on holiday on the resorts and want to play several rounds of golf there is also a discount on the price of five rounds, which includes the hire of a buggy or electric buggy. The offers are valid at all four of the Polaris World courses, including El Valle, Hacienda, La Torre and Mar Menor.

The last remaining property from Polaris World at La Torre Golf Resort, the Penthouse show apartment, has just come onto the market. It is priced at just 170,650 Euros, and with its spacious layout and fantastic position, we expect it to sell within a couple of days.

The show apartment is the last show property at La Torre. Although the resort is still a showcase for Polaris World, other show apartments are now open at the newer resorts, such as Naranjos de Alhama on the Condado resort. La Torre Golf resort was the second resort to open and currently has the most facilities, with an 18 hole golf course, a wide selection of restaurants and bars, lots of swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, a large supermarket and other shops. La Torre is about 15 minutes from Murcia San Javier airport and the beaches around the Mar Menor Sea. It is also only 20 minutes from the towns of Murcia and Cartagena with their extensive shopping, culture and nightlife.

Four new show apartments have been opened at Jardines de Naranjos, part of the Polaris World Condado de Alhama resort. The new show apartments will be replacing the original show apartments in the first phase of the resort - Jardines de Alhama. This first phase is now finished and being handed over to clients. Naranjos de Alhama is an area with 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and also 2 bedroom villas. It is the closest area to the first Jack Nicklaus golf course on the resort and the golf clubhouse is part of the Naranjos area. The new show apartments are 2 and 3 bedroom, with garden and pool views. The two bedroom apartments have large roof terraces and the three bedroom apartments have a garden and terrace. The properties can be viewed between 10am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

There are still some properties available in the Naranjos area, with prices starting from 130,700 Euros. The properties are due to be ready at the beginning of next year.
