La Isla del Condado Taking Shape
The island apartments at La Isla de Condado are now well underway. The structure of the apartments is already up to the second floor, with the foundations having gone in earlier this year. The apartments will be surrounded by a very large lake on all sides, creating amazing views. Residents will access the island from a bridge at one end, where there will be 24 hour security gates. The island will have 3 vanishing edge swimming pools, leading onto the lake and also there will be a bar and gymnasium on the island. Although the apartments are not due to be completed until next year, they have nearly all sold.
La Isla is part of the Polaris World Condado de Alhama resort, which will have 3 Jack Nicklaus golf courses as well as a very wide range of facilities, including shops, bars, restaurants, spa and sports facilities. The resort is located close the Spanish beach town of Mazarron in the Costa Calida.
