Artic Expedition to Svalbard

polaris_world_artic_expedition.jpgA Polaris sponsored expedition to the Artic is taking place in August and September 2007. The expedition has 3 objectives: 1) to be the first Spanish climbers to climb Mount Stetind, a difficult tower of rock and snow 2) a Polar diving expedition, forming a documentary on the Svalbard islands 3) a study of climate change by scientists and students.
