Polaris Apartments at San Pedro

polaris_cuidad_san_pedro_apartments.jpgPolaris Cuidad launch ‘San Pedro Centro’, located very close to the high street. In phase 1 there will be 22 properties with 2 or 3 bedrooms and large terraces. The apartments come fully equipped with kitchen and oven, marble bathroom, barbecue area, large storage rooms and garage. San Pedro is a local Spanish town located at the north end of the Mar Menor Sea. It is close to San Javier airport and the Dos Mares shopping centre. The apartments are the latest release from Polaris Cuidad, a division that builds apartments in the towns around Murcia.

Jack Nicklaus visits Condado de Alhama

jack_nicklaus_polaris_world.jpgJack Nicklaus visited Polaris World at the weekend and spent Sunday going to the Condado de Alhama site. Condado will host the Jack Nicklaus signature course, plus two Bear’s Best courses. The landscaping of the first golf course has already begun and construction is well under way in the Jardines de Alhama area and Naranjos area.

First Open Day at Kings College Murcia

kings_college_murcia.jpgOn 10th July, the Polaris school, King’s College, had its first Open Day. The school staff provided information about the school and the facilities on offer. The school is opening on the 12th Sept 2007 forchildren aged from two to nine years. In future the school will offer the English syllabus all the way through to eighteen years, including A level study. The school is likely to have a wide mix of nationalities, including local Spanish children and British children living on the Resorts or nearby.

Shuttle Bus starts between the Resorts

polaris_world_shuttle_bus.jpgMar Menor, La Torre and El Valle are now connected by the shuttle bus. The service is free and goes 4 times a day each way. The shuttle bus will connect all the resorts when they are open and also connect to the Polaris World Beach Club. The coach is large, so there is plenty of space for transport between the Resorts.
