The land has started to be cleared at Condado de Alhama, so that the building work can get underway. A large number of diggers are clearing and landscaping the area ready for the first phases of construction. From the sales office it is possible to see the work in progress.

The largest release of properties at Condado de Alhama: Frontline 2 bedroom penthouse style apartments, 2 and 3 bedroom Jardines apartments and frontline luxury villas.
Condado de Alhama is set to be the largest Polaris World Resort with the most facilities. It is located a little further south of the other resorts, near to the local town of Mazarron.
