As a Polaris World owner you are free to rent your property as much or as little as you wish.

The Polaris Vacation Club can fully manage the rental of your property including:

- key-holding and frequent property inspections

- property cleaning

- property upkeep and maintenance

- marketing to rental clients

- meeting and greeting of clients and client care

- an inventory check after every rental

And if you want to use the property yourself, you can do so at any time of the year. You are not limited as to the amount of time you can use your property.

- Option of full / half board at the restaurants on site

Rental Return at Polaris World Resorts

The demand for rental at Polaris World is growing as the facilities and services on offer at the resorts increase. In the summer, Christmas, Easter and the half terms breaks, the resorts attract holiday makers and particularly families. In the Winter, between October and May, the golfing market is important for rental, when the weather is a bit cooler and golf can be played all day long. There are currently 3 Polaris World Golf courses available to renters and over the next few years this will increase to nine golf courses. This will make Polaris World the best golf offer in Europe, attracting golfers from all over Europe and beyond.
