Polaris World Mortgages
A wide range of mortgage products are available for customers purchasing on the Polaris World Resorts. As well as the special offer below, a wide range of other mortgages are also available, including high loan-to-value and long periods of interest only.
Special Offer for UK customers:
- Interest rate: Euribor + 0.60%
- Loan amount: up 70% of the valuation
- Term: Up to 30 years (or the age of 75)
- Up to 3 years interest only
- Set-up fee: 0.5%
- No repayment charge for partial early repayment of the loan
- 0.5% repayment charge of the outstanding balance for full early repayment of the loan
- No compulsory insurance or other products required through the lender for eligibility.
- Free currency transfer between the UK and Spain.
